Plan on a Page:
• is a MS Office add-in avoiding the need for external libraries, DLLs, installation issues etc.
• delivers a completely up to date visual plan in PowerPoint format without the requirement to export plan entries into a 3rd party tool.
• shows plan slippage using Baseline Date or other Finish dates.
• provides ‘Time To Live’ metrics automatically, i.e. Weeks to live, weekdays to live etc.
• provides a page view from 3 months to 5 years.
• produces outputs to A4 or A3 in full colour.
• allows creation of both a technical view and a ‘business’ view from the same source plan.
• separates plan entries into swimlanes, milestones, timeline milestones and key milestones.

Unlike similar products Plan on a Page is simple and quick to operate..
This add-in was developed by a project manager when asked for some slides for a meeting to show the headline milestones for a very complex project in the banking sector.
The requirement for slides for management and systems review meetings became a regular requirement so this easy add-in was developed. We believe that this product could be used widely in Project Management in all sectors so we commenced marketing in August 2010.
